We are migrating a micro-services application from PostgreSQL to AWS DynamoDB. We were synchronizing needed data from a micro-service into another using AWS Events + AWS Lambda in terms of cache-tables pattern.

Now, as we migrating to AWS DynamoDB, we are going to stick with a single-table design for each micro-service. So, what is the best-practise pattern to sync the data across different micro-services? Should we just insert cache entries' ids prefixed with their types as partition keys in the same table? Or should we create another table for cache entries?
