typescript - How to implement Google Analytics Offline tracking Electron based application?

I am working on a Electron based application in which I need to implement GA with offline tracking capabilities. We have tried following approaches:

1. Redex Becon: Not working
2. WorkBox: Not working
3. Google Analytics Bulk Data upload using 'gapi', : not having proper clarity.

is there any straight forward way to do it?
